All services are subject to weather conditions, scheduling availability, equipment availability, and safe access to the property.

Scheduled service dates are estimates and may change due to:

• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If your scheduled service changes, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you as soon as possible.

Payment is due according to the terms listed on your invoice.

Late payments may result in service delays, suspension of future services, or applicable late fees where permitted by law.

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Jawn's Lawns regarding your requested services.
